In the Live letter, they said they released the Warrior changes early. I have not been able to find this posting. Would someone who knows where the details are located please post a link?

You can find dev posts in a single forum or even a single thread with the advanced search. At the top right of a forum, click on search forum > advanced search > check the "Dev Tracker" checkbox, and hit search. Same thing with a single thread.

Doesn't help if you don't know what forum/thread they're in, but if you do, it's a lot faster than finding the little crown and paging around until you get to it.
