Instanced battles and latency - Australia

Hello, after sending a message in-game and getting nowhere, I am posting here because I am finding that Final Fantasy XIV is outliving it's usefulness and enjoyment.

    1. Any Australian will argue that latency issues are the worst thing about this game right now. I'm on one of the closer servers (Gungnir) however specifically have problems regarding end-game content where developers have not taken into account latency of the player base of all regions and based on the server they are on.

i.e I have played Titan numerous times now and can NEVER avoid the AOE attacks even though the client shows I have moved out of this zone. This creates animosity from party members for something that is out of our control and depicts the game as badly developed. These battles are not fair to those outside of Japan.

    2. Is all end-game content going to be like this post-Titan? If so, I don't want to play this game any more and I would rather play a game that is fair to all players of the world - not just Japan. It is so sad to see as I thought FFXIV 2.0 was supposed to be an improvement but game mechanics will always win out over visual improvements.

    3. Please respond regarding better server responses to Australia; or, better opportunities for Australians to make this game actually playable otherwise my subscription will have to cease due to insufficient and poor customer service and development.

    Thankyou.
