When trying to target an enemy with enemy mode set you cannot target anything behind you. You have to turn and face the enemy to target them. All the other targeting settings allow you to target behind you.

That actually makes it a lot easier for me to target the right enemy.
Can you explain why you need to target behind you? This is the first I've heard of it. Typically, you target something within the scope of your vision AKA on the screen. I would just like to know what you need to target behind you?
I target aggro mobs (aka. Adds) with "Sleep" spell, if they interfere with current attacked monster.
Sometimes the mob sneak up behind me, and well i usually have a look behind me now & then.
Thats the reason i need my target behind me option.
I used to be Noomy...then i took shiva's Hail Storm to my knee...
