I don't know much about Freecure( I just got it on my level 32 whm)

However, Thundercloud and Fire 3 procs on a BLM happen all the time. I usually get 2-3 per cycle of 3600 mana > 300 mana. Once I got 10 in one cycle and that extended my DPS cycle by 25 seconds....
