It's an old picture and one pretty much symbolic of FFXIV ARR lol. It's just the fact it's a 5 month old picture and the only significant thing on there to people not new to XIV is Scholar.

This game isn't balanced yet for a new class/job to just spring up if you want to be real about the situation. Anything new would be like what happened when SE raised the level cap to 99 in XI. This is why he said around the first expansion at the earliest, the game's balance would be far more set in stone by then.
