EU Server English speakers

With no success with finding groups during my play time on my current server, debating transferring to EU server. Me and a buddy of mines is looking for server with high levels of English speakers and FC starting to build for Coil. Casual players, but at the same time likes getting shinny new things often. I would love some feedback to point me in the right direction.

Excalibur has a high EU pop, but you might not want to start on a legacy server. I've another character on Moogle as well as friends on Odin, both of which have a lot of UK and NL players (as well as FR and DE).

Ragnarok has a high level of english speakers, theres also a few french and Italians but 95% of all shouts are in English and most free company are "English speaking"

There was a census document some japanese guy put together in a thread about which world has the largest population, can probably find it if you search the general forum. This is of course not too fresh, but in my experience, if one server contains a lot of german people for example, the german population will grow over time when more people become aware and join in. Anyway, the largest non-legacy EU servers that had the highest % english speakers were Phoenix, Odin and Cerberus (combined french and german population of about 10k for Odin and Cerberus, out of roughly 40k total for both worlds). Moogle had a fairly large french population (13k out of 31k in that census) and Shiva had a relatively large german population (don't remember any figures). Disclaimer: This is all from what I remember reading it a few weeks ago.

I'm West Coast USA and I have no problems communicating. Aside from one German group (I'm not fluent but I speak a bit) all of my conversations have been in English.

I was looking into Lich server, but hard to get a read on it. Compared to other servers the forum community is pretty dead. Not many FC post and seems there is a debate if the server is dying or not. Over weekend might make a character on the server to run around and talk to people for a better feel of the server. Oh yeah, *Bump* Diarrhea is just your body's way of trolling you
