These macros aren't based on the rotation. Just looking at them, you can see they you can memorize the abilities that each button has listed and use them while still saving space.1) Monk doesn't have a rotation

All it does is condense the buttons, not force you into a rotation. If I understand it correctly that is.
This is only possible due to our stances.
To the OP, I believe it'd be better if you controlled your cooldowns (BfB and IR). Also I've heard that these macros suffer from a delay or something.
Limited space using a gamepad is a problem with a lot of the jobs, but mnk is not one of them. it has so many rare use skills you can just put them on the 2nd HB and switch over if need them, which is unlikely. Or put so L2+R2 switch to HB2 right.
SCH and SMN and WAR need to save space and it's a huge problem to get a proper layout, but with mnk? totally unneccessary
