while i play FFXIV in windowed mode (and probably in full screen too ) , i notice a horizontal bar that goes up in the screen is like a "refresh" video line....

the games moves fine ....and the prolem is only in FFXIV , i tried Crysis 2 , witcher 2 .....np ....just FFXIV =/

i cant explaint it any better =S
