None. There are NPCs in Escape from Castrum Centri but I hadn't attacked any of them.

Steps:
Was in the Escape from Castrum Centri mission.

It tells me to unbind Papalymo and Urianger, however when I approach the NPCs and right click on the rope to unbind them...nothing happens. I can target the rope but when I try to interact with the rope I don't get a cast bar or anything. So the duty finder just fails me every time as I can't progress.

The bug was happening last night and was still not fixed today for me either.

Did you try not moving for a bit?
It takes a few seconds to unbind, and when running a WP a few days ago I noticed that I wouldn't get any animation or cast bar while taking the oil from the floor.
Maybe it's a common bug and you just have to wait a bit.

Okay so I tried this method a couple times more. It seems it takes around 5-7 seconds to actually unbind them. I had to kill the mage caster first as I guess he was interrupting my "Unbinding".

Thanks for the heads up about that.

But it still seems the bug here is that we're not getting the cast bars for interacting with certain objects in these missions.

Ok, so the bug is that in some circumstances the animation/cast bar doesn't appear when interacting with some items/NPCs in duties.
Maybe something got changed in the last update.
