Have u ever purchase the wrong item in Mor Dhona?

It's really painful to grind weeks for the cap and save for 3 or more weeks to get a item , just to miss click.
i personally have had this happen and some others have aswell.

What do you think about maybe having a option under the drop box after purchase if item is not used, meaning no sb or equipped. Can be exchanged by a option labeled Exchange "Which would only be highlighted only if you have that item never used" and if you have used it it will either be non clickable or non existence.

I honestly think this would be more then fair and non stressful.

Another idea is too possibly prevent miss clicks under these kinds of circumstances with these weekly tomestone purchase.
Possibly make all class items be non clickable unless your in that class that your buying for during purchase.

I would love to see if we can return back Myth gears and get full (or some) amount of ToM that piece cost.
It gives us option to switch main class.

but i highly doubt that something like that would happen.

I don't know why something like this still hasn't been implemented. An indicator of current-class-appropriate gear in the list, a "sellback" option (much like buyback works with NPC vendors, before leaving the zone) - anything. The support desk option to have the wrongly purchased item replaced is a) extra work for all the GMs as well, b) takes rather long from what I hear...

Shit happens. Someone will find another/similar point to complain when your ideas are implemented.
It's harsh, but get over it.

Take a closer look next time. And the gear exchanged isn't lost, you can possibly level the needed class too, on the same char.

I think if you have no class/job can equip the item, the job requirement printed on that item will be displayed in red?

I recalled some DRG not only buying MNK accessories, but also complained they cannot NEED MNK accessories ^^;

actually SE don't need to come out with anything new. they already have something in place but not executed with the tomes NPC.

you guys know that when you purchase from the MB, say when you are a PLD and you are buying mage gear, it will tell you "you currently cannot equip this item, do you still wish to proceed?" something along the line.

just transfer the same prompt to the NPC and that's all.
