lolwut? you call that average IB mitigation? IB with berserk + unchained + crit + str pot ? is that count as average IB? what a joke lol
and your gear again ? stats? this guy...

My post was in response to this
Unchained doesn't affect Inner Beast. It's just crit, Berserk and STR pot. No I don't consider that average.
It is pretty rare that I don't have either STR potion or Berserk for Inner Beast. I would say my 'average' Inner Beast is buffed in one way or another.
Duh?
I cannot see the point of this part of your response.
In order to crit for 1184, you would need to hit for 784 using INner beast.
This is simply IMPOSSIBLE to do in full tank gear and Bravura +1.

Do you...not read the responses made to you or something? Or do you hope that by restating yourself it will magically make your originally statement disappear?
Everyone has proven your statment as false by testing it themselves using strength potions and heavy strength gear.
People who took the time to give themselves better stats than you have proven your statement as false, so why keep up the charade?
Your assertion btw.
Which means critting for 1183, which is not possible.
You average meaning at least a 600 hit minimum, which is also not possible unless it were a crit, which blows your earlier statement of a 4k heal to heal.
Edit: Also you never posted a picture of a 1183 INner beast hit. Ever.

He did actually, the hit was for 1194 using Zerk + STR Pot + DPS Accessories. It's the second post on the page he linked. Though his claims that he averages non crit, non buffed, 1.8-2k IBs while having an 8k health pool is just silliness.
Truth bites.
So...You IB on average once every 1-1.5 min? How is that not holding onto wrath and what boss has spike damage mechanics on a 1 min timer that allows IB to function so reliably as a staple recovery tool? A skill that works properly 50% of the time is not a skill a tank wants, ever.

It's Storms Eye, not Inner Beast. It's also Marauder with Blood for Blood and Raging Strikes on as well. The screen shot is totally irrelevant.

What the fuck? Did you just read the first sentence and stop? The second post clearly shows a screen of Paikis IBing a dummy for 1194 with inner beast and his comment on how he did it with Zerk + Crit + STR Potion + DPS accesories, just like I said.
Fixed that for you.
//EDIT: For clarity,
You can hit 1200 IB, at least in theory. It's far from reliable one way or the other (requires crit and berserk and maim and storm's eye). You need to hit roughly 1.42 damage per potency, which requires a ton of strength and a relic+1 but is technically possible.
I'll have to look into whether it's possible without a pot, but if it is, it would certainly require bonus points in strength.
