Lighting strikes quest stuck (bugged)?

Now we are in 4 quest and the last one, but im stuck at 3th quest of this chain.
I notice that i cant finish the 3th quest because i dont see the coerthas lighting fate, but the npc still giving me the 3th quest ( and i presume that the 4th will be next it )

How can i finish my 3th quest to complete my 4th?

I tryed to do the 4th, i get the item that the 4th quest needs, but i cant complete it doing 2 times the las lighting fate in 3th quest.

Anyone can help?

As i see here the 3th quest starts at 11/18/2013 and ends at 11/20/2013

Why i can keep doing my 3th quest?

You need to go to where it says whitebrim on the coerthas map. That's the spawn area. If you can't see the boss then it might be because there are to many people on screen. I had that issue with the Savara fate in Coerthas when I was using PS3, now I am on PC without issue.

Once you beat that boss you talk to the same person to get the 4th chapter.

i was there, but no lighting fate spawned, this is why im asking this, i was waiting for an hour, so i suposed this fate will not spawn, im wrong? should i wait more?

Hum. Yeah an hour seems a little long. I don't know the exact time of each spawn but I am sure it was over a few an hour. Maybe use /shout in that area and ask if anyone else is having an issue on your server.
