    New Healer Idea - Ki Fighter

    Ki Fighter ------- PUG 30 / THM 15 (ACN Cross Skills)

    !!Disclaimer!! - This class is a dual main stat class for STR and MND. I had intended for the average 50 geared Ki Master to have around 300~350 Cure Magic and Attack potency. I don't know how that would be made possible unless they release new gear catered towards all around balanced stat Jobs. Otherwise, Ki Master wouldn't really work wearing normal PGL gear. At least not how I intended.

    The concept behind this job was to create a reactionary melee ranged healer. Heals are frilly moderate but less often than other healing classes, which I attempted to counter with HoT's and shields. I feel like maintaining Ki stacks, rotating combos, dancings elemental and non elemental fist stances to regulate enmity, while keeping up with teams hp will be fun and challenging.

    30. Ki Flow - Increases cure magic potency by 20% while lowering attack potency by 20%. Some skills gain the ability to release Ki Blasts in addition to their initial capabilities and will consume both TP and MP. Allows the accumulation of Ki Stacks in 5s intervals for up to 5 stacks. Each Ki Stack increases cure magic potency by 4%, critical hit rate by 2%, and evasion by 2%. Upon reaching 5 stacks, you'll become Radiant. Radiance grants Refresh with potency 100 and spell speed increase. Cancelled upon reuse or activation of Fists of Lightning.

    35. Touch of Life - Resurrects target to weakened state. Consumes 2 Ki Stacks. Cast 8s. Recast. 2.5s Consume MP.

    40. Chakra Cleanse - Cures 1 status ailment of affected targets within 5 yams. Consume 1 Ki Stack Cast 1s Recast 2.5s Consumes MP.

    45. Zen - Reduces enmity and decreases mp costs and cool downs by 10%. Cast 5s Recast 60s Consume MP.

    50. Channel Energy - 5 Ki Stacks and Radiant status. Only available when Ki Flow s active. Cast Instant Recast 10s

    Ki Flow Skill Alterations
    Fists of Earth - Imbeds Ki energy with the power of earth.
    Fists of Air - Imbeds Ki energy with the power of air.

    Bootshine - Consumes 1 Stack to release Ki Energy in a forward cone. Consumes MP as well as TP. Heal Potency 300. If Fists of Earth is active, grants a Ki Shield equal to cure potency 300. If Fists of Air is Active, grants regen Cure Potency 200 for 10s.
    Snap Punch - Grants 2 Ki Stacks
    Second Wind - Becomes an AoE. Removes 1 Ki Stack. Now consumes mp.
    Arm of Destroyer - Consume 1 Stack for AoE heal with cure potency 200. Consumes MP as well as TP. If Fists of Earth is active, grants a Ki shield equal to cure potency 200. If Fists of Air is Active, grants regen cure potency 150 for 10s.
    Demolish - Grants 2 Ki Stacks
    Mantra - Regen potency 100 for duration of skill to all affected.
    Howling Fist - Consumes 1 Stack for Cure Potency 500 directly in LoS and Cure Potency 300 to nearby targets within 1yalm. Consumes MP as well as TP. If Fists of Earth is active, grants a Ki shield equal to cure potency 200 to affected. If Fists of Air is Active, grants regen cure potency 300 for 10s to affected.

    Bonus!!!
    55. Fists of Thunder - Increase attack potency 20% while reducing cure magic potency by 20%. Adds Lightning element and 5% to inflict paralysis. Consume all Ki Stacks an cancels the effect of Ki Flow. Cancelled upon reuse or activation of Ki Flow, Fists of Earth, or Fists of Air. Cast 5s Recast 10s. Consume MP. Same CD as Fists of Earth and Air.

    How I see the new abilities:
    Asylum - Get ready for my holy spam because that's the only healing you gonna get.
    Aero III - I guess I should put some dots up before holy spamming.
    Assize - I need more MP to spam holy even more, also stop getting hit in the face.
    Tetragrammaton - I guess I should heal that tank now.

    You're talking about a rework of the entire PUG class...modifying bootshine and all the PUG class skills ruins MNK completely. The intent of the Class/Job combo was to avoid the remake of classes. Smn/sch both use base skills but get 5 different spells. The idea is there but the way you go about it barely realistic at best.

    Hmm, I guess so. Although I had intended for them to play similarly but prioritizing different skill rotations for the added effect of healing. I based this concept o the job off of WARs defiance ability to apply buffs and to preexisting skills and the ACN jobs' ability to alter them. I wouldn't say the skill are ruined necessarily because they'd still hold the same attributes as before but now these specific skills would just release Ki blasts with healing capabilities in addition. lol Also, I'm not a programer so I have no idea how difficult a skill like Ki Blast would be to realize.
