People who are new to dungeons, and don't state it before we fight a boss. I don't mind new players, I like helping new players... But if you're utterly silent for the entirety of the dungeon and fly off at Demon Wall saying "WTF" then I get a little bit salty.

Know-it-alls. I can tolerate someone trying to explain to others what they need to do during battles, but there's always that one guy who knows what everyone ought to do and there's no telling him (or her) any different. They'll make sure people know how badly they're performing and insult others while "just trying to help". If you disagree, you're just a bad player and should kill yourself.

Yes, I've actually seen several players say that.

Having all this gear in game that is literally CRYING for a vanity system, yet it's not implemented yet.

When it happens we get it, I will shut up forever. It's my only real gripe with the game.

going to WP or AK and realising due to the very vertical scale on gear progression at 50, knowing any drops are utterly useless due to darklight

This behaviour is a direct result of the ass-hat tanks /leaving if a new player is in the group.

That toxic part of the FFXIV lolcommunity is responsible for this.

Im still new to this game but not new to final fantasy been a fan since ff 6 up wards playing all the way though even ff11 online and I have to say so far I havent really seen any of the rpg part to the game where interaction with other players seem very small where on ff11 it was all over the place. Is it because I am still in the early parts of the game .. any help would be good. Cheers
