Monk Demolish Skill Bug

11/20/2013 From approximately 9:35 PM to 10:08 PM PST (Note; i have noticed this bug happening for the past week or so)

Frequency:
At random, but there are issues will the skill cooldown will recycle through without doing anything for 2 - 4 consecutive times

Class/Level:
Monk Level 50

Area and Coordinates:
Various maps wherever combat takes place, but most notably in Wanderer's Palace.

Party or Solo:
Party.

NPC Name:
None.

Monster Name:
All monsters within Wanderer's Palace such as Tonberries, Buzzards, Tonberry King, etc.

In-Game Time:
5:35 AM - 6:08AM Server Time.

Steps:
During combat, when cycling through my various combos, at random times whenever I attempt to use the skill "Demolish", the cooldown will cycle through, however the skill remains highlighted like nothing happened. The skill animation still occurs, however I do not see damage done to the targeted monster, nor does it give a Greased Lightning skill buff.

Did you use it over a more potent demolish done with buffs up ?
