Pre-Order Code- Redeemed but no MogStation Code.

Howdy, first post on these forums but I have an issue I cannot find a solution to.

I had pre-ordered the game and received a pre-order code, Now due to waiting on funds to purchase the PS3 I had to wait until the Friday after release. I then downloaded the game off the disc not thinking to use the Pre-order code download. At this point I have used the site given to me on the receipt "Preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com" and redeemed the code which is a 18 digit code but have no received the Mog Cap or Sith Doll. I have dug through my emails in attempts to find a code to use on Mogstation but have had no luck and give it requires a different set of characters cannot redeem anything for the items.

Is there a simple solution i'm missing here? I read there's a cap off time frame in which I can redeem this code but cannot find it anywhere to actually redeem it as stated above. It is linked to my in game account and I have checked for mogmail within the past ten minutes with no mail regarding this redeeming of the code.

Any help would be great.

Sorry if I'm wrong here (it was a while since I did this!), but if I remember correctly you can just go back to the preorder site, put in your preorder code again and it'll give you the code needed for the mogstation (it'll be the same code no matter how many times you do it).

I think there were problems though if you had a preorder code from NA and an account that's EU (or vice versa) as the code it gave wouldn't work in the other sites, not sure if this is actually relevant though, just mentioning.

Sorry if I've been no help, but just trying the pre-order site again should give you the code you need.

It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
