Full Screen and Borderless work fine, Windowed mode is off screen

I have had no issues running the game in full screen or borderless windowed mode. However, when I try to set it to just windowed mode, the window flies off screen to where I cannot click it to move or resize it. Then it times out and reverts to the previous setting. I originally thought it was because I was running dual monitors and it just bugged out, but even after restarting my computer with just one display plugged in I still have the same problem. I have tried to set the window as large as possible hoping that the edge would appear on my screen but no luck. I have also right clicked the taskbar and chosen "stack windows" and "cascade windows" with no luck as well.

I am using an nVidia GTX 660.

You could try editing the config file manually as that stores the position/size of the windowed mode. Go into your My Documents folder then My Games\FINAL FANTASY XIV - A REALM REBORN

Inside here is a FFXIV.cfg file which you can just drag to notepad to edit as it's plain text. Look down a little for Display Settings and beneath that I think the lines you want are:

ScreenLeft 188
ScreenTop 163
ScreenWidth 1280
ScreenHeight 720
ScreenMode 0

Width/Height is pretty obvious and the ScreenLeft/Top is how many pixels from the left/top it should be (negative would push it off the screen onto another screen if applicable). ScreenMode 0 is windowed I believe.

Modify those and try reloading it
