We've adapted to the difficulties of open recruitment into the Free Company by creating a linkshell designed to help everyone get up to speed and get us into CT, Coil and HM/EM Primals. We understand that without the amenities offered by some of the larger FCs out there (such as housing and an increased player pool) and the casual-friendly atmosphere offered by much smaller, tighter-knit FCs are all important to each individual's play style. Our linkshell (Fallout: New Chocobo) is open to active, friendly players who want to work towards a goal without giving up their individual (or Company) identity. Feel free to /tell for an invite!

Bump for posterity. Linkshell is nearly full with multiple Coil groups. [PotN] is now actively seeking to fill the last few spots for it's very own Static, tentatively to be run in the later afternoon/evening hours. Still hashing out the days/times, but we have a solid mix of experience/gear.

Nearly 200 members and growing! Last week we were ranked 12th in total activity, which is saying a lot considering the size we were and the Free Companies that are at the top! This means you're going to be joining a drama-free ACTIVE Free Company with very defined goals and a strong organization!

<PotN> is still recruiting and is currently ranked #5 on the server for activity (having recently displacing <Focus> and nipping at the heels of the Behemoth Ravens <BR> and the super-sized FCs (SCorp, BLKJK, and PV). With the help of motivated, active players, we can reach even higher on a weekly basis. Two Static Coil groups with many a PuG set up by us in Party Finder on a daily basis.

<PotN> now has two raid groups farming T5 and will be in the market soon to start another. Ideally we'd like to build from within, and fill in any weak spots on the roster with like-minded individuals. Raid days and times are relatively open, as long as they don't interfere with our current groups' schedules (it's a bad feel when someone gets locked out when another group is relying on them to be there). We're still in the planning stages of our third group, so if you'd like to get in on the ground level, now is a great opportunity to do so.
