Against my better judgment, I'm going to reply to this post once. After this reply, any further immature rants will simply be like water off a duck's back. I've wished you luck in your endeavors to find a home, and I truly hope you find success in the future.

1. As a DRG, I joined because I thought I'd be able to do a few AK/WP runs, and if they're friendly I would be willing to participate in more activities (Events, Fates, Coil), hell make some chatty buddies.

After 6 days of being unresponsive to call outs in FC Chat for our daily WP/AK runs, you didn't get in any. This may have led you to assume that you were being ignored. I'd venture to guess that the three tank/healer combos that run these must have all been out to get you. During my times online after work, I sent you many /tells, but you were either already in runs yourself or simply /afk in Ul'dah.

In hindsight, I guess I could have held up the raid to finish our interview, but I'm not selfish enough to think that my time is more important than the other seven people's time. As for 'prolonging the interview for 2 weeks,' according to our website you joined the FC on 11-24-13. You were Discharged a mere six days later on 11-30-13. We keep very detailed records of when people are invited, under what circumstances, and by whom.

Also, I mentioned above that I attempted to contact you several times over the next 6 days, only finally getting through after I posted in FC Chat, a /tell, and the recruitment linkshell. When I finally did track you down, you immediately demanded (not asked) to be placed in a T1-T5 Coil group. Along with some of the other red flags from the part of the interview you did complete, this was deemed by the officers present in the linkshell to be more of a hassle than it was worth, as you wouldn't really fit in with the general attitude of the FC. I wished you luck, and summarily Discharged you to find a more suitable group.

3. Their activity is about 5-10 people on most at a day, which about 8 or so are always AFK (Basically, the FC is dead)

We do have 8-10 people on almost all day with members doing various activities such as WP/AK runs, crafting, gathering, or grinding FATEs. Sometimes this causes FC Chat to get pretty quiet. Some of this has to do with our utilization of Ventrilo.

4. FC has your typical inner circle, excluding others out and maintaining only a group of friends.

We have a saying here: "You get out of as much as you put in to the FC." Since I never saw you type anything in FC Chat aside from replying to the multitude of 'welcomes' when you first joined and never saw you in our Ventrilo server, I can safely say your effort equaled your worth to us.

If by 'inner circle' you're referring to those members that have taken the time to utilize our website and Facebook pages, have been active members in FC Chat and Ventrilo, and have actually taken the time to build up rapport with other members, then no, you definitely weren't in the 'inner circle.' We just call those people members.

5. The FC leader literally dictates his own dogma that the game itself is a job. LOL.

Running a Free Company is a job. It's a job I enjoy, but it takes work to make everything run smoothly. There's a dichotomy when it comes to FC members. On one hand, the members are our customers because we provide a service that makes them stay. On the other hand, members are employees, where certain things are expected of them. I understand you're still young and made several unsubstantiated claims regarding your progress in other games, so you may do things differently. However, there is a slight difference between progression runs in FFXIV and playing Hello Kitty Adventures.

6. The interview was never finished because I had waited 2 weeks and was pretty aggravated that all members were offline and nobody wanted to do anything (I had to shout and personally tell people if they wanted to fate grind or craft together or simply do some dungeon runs, but nobody responded because they were either AFK or offline)

I'll reiterate what I posted above: The interview was never finished due to the demands made by you at the start of the follow-up session. Going from 'I just want to do AK/WP runs' to 'you're going to put me into a T1-T5 Static Group' made me realize that that finishing the interview would be pointless. I was online each of the SIX days you were in the Free Company. I'm still confused about your '2 week' timeline, but maybe that's some newfangled 'metric time' or something.

7. I had been patient for 2 weeks just so I could find a simple FC to play with in dungeons. I put in my time and effort by trying to help other members and even willing to download their voice chat program. After all this, the FC leader says I am impatient. You call waiting 2 weeks just to play the game with a guild impatient? Most people would leave within a day if they couldn't even find someone to talk to.

Simply name any person you helped in the FC and what you helped them with. That way I can at least verify if anything you're writing consists of more than half-truths and emotional responses best left in Middle School.

I can list numerous remarks about this FC, but for those who are interested as first timers, I have to suggest look for other options. This FC is simply a failure.
When in doubt if the above doesn't suffice, hell, look at the name of the FC itself. Explains a lot for a bunch of self-entitled kids.

Please, continue to list them all, because every time you post some flame on this post, you put us right at the top of the forums for everyone to see. It's the easiest advertising I've ever had to witness.

On a parting note, though, I do like your 'self-entitled kids' comment. I became a supervisor for the first time at work when you were 5 years old. Your emotional maturity places you somewhere in the 'tween years of Middle School 'mean girls.'

2. They require an "interview" for raiding, and they prolonged it for 2 weeks due to the FC leader not being on or AFK, and he even abruptly interrupted the interview to play with his buddies. Spent about 2-3 hours on this interview and there was more.

The interview process is usually done over Ventrilo, but since you said you were uncomfortable speaking over voice chats, I was forced to conduct the interview via our recruitment linkshell. The run I had to leave for was scheduled several days in advance for our first shot into Coil. If you hadn't taken anywhere from 5-10 minutes per question through the first few sections of the interview, it would have been done before my scheduled raid time.

On raid days, we'll be utilizing the Proper Care buff (slows gear wear by 10%).
