Prowlers or the Night [PotN], a Rank 5 Free Company here on Behemoth, is actively seeking dps to fill out Static Groups as we prepare for Coil. We're a social raiding Free Company that uses Ventrilo for communication, have our own website (two actually, but we're slowly migrating our info to the new one over at guildworks.com), our own Youtube channel and soon to have a dedicated TwitchTV channel.

We are also interested in merging with other small FCs out there that want to bring their whole circle of friends. This game is about having fun, and that's our first and foremost priority. You get as much out of the Free Company as you put into it, so if you're an active, social player with your eyes on endgame content, PvP or just hanging out with some pretty cool people, feel free to contact one of us in-game.

Being a casual Free Company, we accept anyone as a social member, but if you're joining specifically for raiding, there is a short interview process to make sure we're the right fit for each other. We maintain an 18+ atmosphere, and are very active and helpful as we believe in organic growth from within rather than just targeting experienced level 50s in-game. We usually maintain a solid 10+ players online throughout the day and night.

So if you're tired of feeling like just a number in an overly populated Free Company or are tired of waiting around for your small group to get anything organized, look no further.

Update: We're forming our first Static Coil Group and are desperately in need of dps! Even if you're not fully geared, we're constantly running AK and WP with our tanks and healers so you no longer have to wait for a queue! Not max level? Not a problem! We're actively helping all our lower level players reach their full potential with dungeon and FATE grinds!

Currently we are building our first Coil group to run anywhere from 10am-1pm EST or possibly 12-3pm EST. We break down the FC into individual raiding clans so if these times don't jive with your schedule, chances are we're already working on a group that might. For simplicity, we've split the day up in 6-hour increments, so we have 4 designated raid groups (although I won't lie to you, we're still filling the first one completely, then working on the others as more people hit 50 or we pursue targeted recruitment for those groups). And please don't assume we're going to raid for 6 hours a day. I believe I would die a painful death if I had to go through that.

I'll list the general raid times below so you can get a better idea what we're planning in the long term.

This FC has your typical terrible management and overly complex system they try to implement into a mere video game. I happen to be a dedicated and hardcore/casual guild leader in other games due to prior experience, so I understand the whole interview and recruitment process. However, this FC excluded both of these factors out and failed to even construct a simple gaming community. It is to an extent for which I will list the following events that occurred:

1. As a DRG, I joined because I thought I'd be able to do a few AK/WP runs, and if they're friendly I would be willing to participate in more activities (Events, Fates, Coil), hell make some chatty buddies.
2. They require an "interview" for raiding, and they prolonged it for 2 weeks due to the FC leader not being on or AFK, and he even abruptly interrupted the interview to play with his buddies. Spent about 2-3 hours on this interview and there was more.
3. Their activity is about 5-10 people on most at a day, which about 8 or so are always AFK (Basically, the FC is dead)
4. FC has your typical inner circle, excluding others out and maintaining only a group of friends.
5. The FC leader literally dictates his own dogma that the game itself is a job. LOL.
6. The interview was never finished because I had waited 2 weeks and was pretty aggravated that all members were offline and nobody wanted to do anything (I had to shout and personally tell people if they wanted to fate grind or craft together or simply do some dungeon runs, but nobody responded because they were either AFK or offline)
7. I had been patient for 2 weeks just so I could find a simple FC to play with in dungeons. I put in my time and effort by trying to help other members and even willing to download their voice chat program. After all this, the FC leader says I am impatient. You call waiting 2 weeks just to play the game with a guild impatient? Most people would leave within a day if they couldn't even find someone to talk to.

I can list numerous remarks about this FC, but for those who are interested as first timers, I have to suggest look for other options. This FC is simply a failure.
When in doubt if the above doesn't suffice, hell, look at the name of the FC itself. Explains a lot for a bunch of self-entitled kids.
