Turn 1 missing item

Party or solo: 8 man party

Area and coordinates: The Binding Coil of Bahamut - Turn 1

Steps:
1.Our FC did Caduceus in turn 1 with a casting ring and "heavy Allagan flanchard" as the loot drops.
2.I hit need on the "heavy Allagan flanchard" and everyone else passed but I received unable to obtain message.
3.I think this was from the newly fixed chest in turn 1 but not sure, and the only thing I did out of the ordinary was had UI hidden for screenshots when party leader zoned us in and screen went wonky.
4.I have tried to contact a GM in game, support E-Mail, and by phone support with no luck.
