Unable to talk to NPC

Thread Title: Unable to talk to NPC for Notorious Biggs questline.


ISP: Talk Talk

Type of Internet Connection: DSL

Internet Connection Speed: 8Mbit approx

Date & Time: 20/11/13 1730 GMT

Frequency: Always


Character Name: Kinoto Maguzyn

Race: Lalafell M

World: Moogle

Class/Level: Dragoon 50

Area and Coordinates: Coethas X:20 Y:25 (monument tower)
Party or Solo: Solo

NPC Name: Ignace (resides in the tower and up the stairs just before the roof)

Monster Name: None

In-Game Time: 5:30 pm ST

Steps: On the quest line "Notorious Biggs" you have to speak with Igance to see where you should search next for Biggs but when you get up there to talk to Igance, once right clicked my character turns the abilities go dark for approx 0.5secs and then nothing happens and everything returns to normal.

Same bug occurred to me today on reaching this main scenario quest. Another player at the NPC said it was bugged for them also.

I wonder if this is broken after the changes from the GC promotion, that use to go to AK but now goes to AV.

Same problem here. 2 days have passed and nothing was done by SE to fix it. Already sent 2 bug reports in game and still no changes.
This is unacceptable.
PLEASE FIX IT ASAP!
