Won wep, got Unable to obtain Garuda's Van msg, wep is not in bags/armoury

Class/Level: BLM 50
Party or solo: party
In-game time: unknown
Area and coordinates: Howling eye (hard) dungeon
Steps:
1. After winning Garuda I needed on blm weapon loot and won then got the following message
2. unable to obtain Garuda's Van
3. then I found nothing in my bags and armoury chest (there were spaces left anyway in both)

I am really sad, as it is very difficult to get the BLM wep: now many players do not allow me to even participate in a garuda farm party as i have no relic!
How can i get relic if i do not have a good wep like garuda's?
Please help me fixing this bug
