Just a few errors I've ran into in the few months I've been playing that were supposedly addressed in previous patches/hotfixes.

Its happened multiple times, but more than once while sprinting in front of the Leatherworkers Guild and that's getting bounced to the XMB in the PS3 version of the game. It can also happen while teleporting or any loading screen.

Disappearing audio is also a persistent problem since Phase 3. All audio will simply disappear forcing you to restart the client.

Finally, target filters don't work correctly. I have a separate targeting filter for JUST enemies, both hostile and non-combative, yet in FATEs with half dozen or more NPCs, I'm still able to target both those and other player's pets. This is not only annoying, but not working as intended.

Hopefully this helps and doesn't just come off as a bunch of complaining, lol. XD
