If your speed-skill is not high enough (need below 2.0 GCD) your Twin Snakes buff will drop before you cast Twin Snakes again.
You lose 10% damage for x seconds and you lose 10% damage on every GCD used during those seconds + any auto attacks. It's a major dps loss even if one GCD and one autoattack go off during the period you do not have Twin Snakes buff online.
