Depends on your goals. Do you want to do coils weekly or do you want to just play casual? If you plan on doing Coils then getting HQ ilvl70 gear is nice to hold you over until you get a mix of Allagan and Relic. But if you are just going to play casual then Darklight will be just fine while you wait the many weeks to buy Relic gear.
