My trash rotation:
blood for blood+internal release (use howling fist)+perfect balance => spam rockbreaker

In general if it's 3+ mobs you can hit, spam rockbreaker as much as possible. you'll be doing so much dps you'll keep stealing aggro from the tank!
If it's 2 mobs, i like to put demolish+fracture on the nonmarked mob to spread DoTs for more dps.

single target/on boss:
DK>twin>snap punch>perfect balance> snap punch 2x>blood for blood> demolish>fracture>ToD>internal release>DK (now w/ debuff)>twin>snap>bootshine> impulse drive 2x>demo>fracture>DK>twin>snap>boot>impulse drive 2x>twin>demo>frac>ToD
