    Can dot ticks miss?

    I assume since they can crit they can also miss. I've seen where my dots have tick for a lot less on twintania, it could have been a missed tick from one of them or a resist. Any clarification from someone that has tested it?

    If dot ticks do not miss could mean accuracy loses value.

    The individual dot ticks do not miss, but the ability can miss.

    You need accuracy so the initial ability does not miss, and you end up being forced to recast the ability (destroying your dps).

    It not that the Ticks miss the move contagion can miss, so its a big deal when 1 or 2 DoT are re-up. What i question is does this affect all ads or just its target
