Auriana, the NPC in Mor Dhona gave me the wrong item!

Around 11pm Japan time on Valefor I clicked on Auriana, the NPC in Mor Dhona trying to get my Hero's Ring of Fending. So I proceed to click on Mythology items, clicked on accessories, click on Rings of fending. The chat log says I've gotten the ring of fending. I was feeling happy and all little did I know what I looked into my inventory it wasn't there. There was no ring!

I then proceed to look everywhere for it and finally I found a hero belt of fending in the waist slot. I know you guys will all jump into conclusion thinking I made a mistake but I can tell you right now I didn't. How can I make a mistake when I clearly clicked on "accessories" under the tab. I mean the belt isn't even under accessories.

Please help me out I do not want the Hero's Belt of fending, I want the Hero's Ring of fending. It really feels like I'm being forced to buy something I did not want.
