Having wiped again and again on Titan HM today (And yesterday, and the day before) I revised my opinion. The problem isn't so much gear but rather players not knowing how to play and there being insufficient dps to win the fight. I ran with a group today and most of the dps had DL gear but even then with five dps we only just managed to kill the heart in time.

Poor gear can be a factor but I'm learning that it's player ability that's the really makes or breaks a Titan HM group.
