    Veteran's Rewards Not Received!

    I recently renewed my account (about a week ago) at which time I was at my 60 day point for my Veteran's Rewards. Not only have I not received them in-game, but my account at Mog Station doesn't say that I've received them either. My boyfriend's account was paid for right before mine with the same card and he received his rewards immediately. I've contacted customer support and was told through e-mail that they couldn't help and to use the forums.

    So, anyone else have this issue and know how to solve it? I'm pissed and I want my damn chocobo chick!

    did you try logging out and back in? maybe try waiting 24h. some kind of routine might need to make a check before sending your stuff.

    a/w OT: it would be nice to know what each kind of SE support system is able to help with without them pushing the users from one to another. so, if someone from "above" is reading and is kind enough to answer, what can the forum moderators, in-game GMs and SE support centre help with specifically?

    I've been waiting for several days now, so I've logged in and out a repeated amount of times. I'm a fairly patient person; despite being a little pissed, I can wait a little more. Hopefully a higher power is at least skimming over the forums, I've made the title of my thread quite clear as to what my issue is. I doubt this is a very difficult issue to solve either and I'd be more than happy to help any one else out that ends up with this problem once I'm informed of the solution.

    Thanks for replying Zohno, I was beginning to wonder if anyone was paying attention.

    My issue has been resolved, apparently it was actually an issue with my account renewal. It hadn't gone through yet and it was still using my old debit card that is no longer in service. I checked my e-mail to find that my account had been suspended due to no payment being received. Updated my info, renewed my account, and now everything is all good.

    It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
