currently waiting on a rollback from SE (third week waiting) and i just want to ask some questions about it

so i call SE customer support and they say to contact a GM in game.

i go to online chat support for the hell of it and i get the same answer, talk to a GM

i use the call a GM to get a hold of one, and all i got was an automated response saying GM's cant handle that issue


so where am i supposed to go SE? if i cant get answers about my ticket then just say that i cant get answers about it. dont give me terrible customer support then lie about being able to get it in the first place
