Im not going full STR for self heals, lol @ the thought. Storm Paths self heal will always be garbage.
Going full str, because WAR's mitigation is going to raise to the point that the VIT wont be as necessary.
Figure it like this. WARs with the right gear, can complete all content with full vit. They're defenses are getting buffed, meaning they don't need as much Vitality to complete the same content once buffed.
Tldr; If you aren't going to die, then kill quicker. Nom sayan
