I honestly would hate to be any SE dev right now, especially for FFXIV. The game industry can be cut-throat, and deadlines are always looming. No matter if they are public or in-house deadlines. FFXIV's deadline was last November :P

Thanks for the link. A buddy of mine was working for EA in Burbank and left due to the poor work conditions. He actually joined the US Air Force, and says the work hours, pay, and just overall morale is much better. Although to be fair he still has friends that work there and they say things are much better.
But yeah I hope the SE/FFXIV devs are not overworked and underpaid. If your reading this SE, don't overwork your devs, we can wait for the content. Labor laws exist for a reason!
