Like the pugilist guildmaster enjoying watching kitty girls giggle and frolic in the lake, or whatever. Even the fate where you escort the courtesan is still clean in that the customer takes her on into a hut and you don't see either of them again till the fate respawns. But there's ERPers who prefer being way more graphic than SE ever intended. You don't blame the solution, you blame the problem that forced the solution.
SE's content is rated Teen. Online content is not rated. Therefore any inappropriate posing that is done by the players, SE is not responsible for and doesn't fall under the Teen rating.
