If that isn't a good enough reason then my god I just don't know what is.

By the way, if you or your friend play Maleqo'te while the other plays female, get undressed and have Maleqo'te doze on the bed (at least that's what I assume they're doing) and then have female doze on the bed (I saw a group joking/trolling around in a video with this). Congrats, you have now increased the game's rating from T to M.
Somehow, when the very same emote, when used by the different sexes of the same race, can be used to resemble that, the "precaution against inappropriate screenshots" rings somewhat hollow (also, since this restriction became known, I've seen people get even more creative, so this isn't just not hindering it, but seems to increase the behavior you didn't want).
And adding a Lala in the general vicinity will just make things worse/better (Ceilingfell is watching you... /doze).

sound like a lazy excuse for:
We didn't want to redo all the bed in Eorzea or
We didn't want to create a different emote to sleep on the ground.
Lol, they deleted that post.
Bahahahahahaha. xD Can't take it, Squee? I am not sorry!
Have they decided to change this yet? Because I think enough people have already pointed out how stupid that reasoning is. Hopefully by 3.1 they maybe start treating their player base like proper adults.
What is the interest not to allowed lying down emote elsewhere when you see nude Miqo'tes and Roegadyn's in sexy leopard pants? A lot of emote which allowed to make questionable screenshots are already in game so whatever for a lying down emote? What is the logic in there? Yeah, tell me please. Letting poeple running on panties everywhere is fine, but lying down is a sacrilege? Don't make me laugh...
Of course some poeple may abuse of that, but what about the majority of players who just want to be spread out in the grass of the gridanian forest and chat with their friends? Where is the fun in there?
