Why it is Ridiculous? I see it a good reason since I can already see Mitoqote and Rodyn in Swimsuit laying in crosswalk or other places of Uldah.

They should have expected that by creating swimsuits for the races. They shouldn't have even bothered with them in the first place if they're so concerned about this.

They may as well eliminate the entire emote system if they're that terrified of a few "inappropriate" screenshots. Their reasoning absurd.

It's more along the lines of it just being too easy to make such inappropriate motions/actions. There's a reason why certain age-ratings must be respected. Being dressed in a swimsuit or whatever is very different, by contrast, as that is the decision of the individual. If that were offensive to someone, I'm willing to bet that going to the beach is the same as going to a strip club... despite how close it might be sometimes.

Players will continue to make do with /disappointed /joy and /rally. If the devs really wanted to hinder inappropriate posing there would be collision detection. (please don't...)
