Could there be implemented a limit on the amount of times you can trade someone within a certain time frame?

The other day I was in a party grinding mobs and there was a neighboring party of Pinoys, rather than living in harmony since each party got XP, one of them decided to continuously trade spam me so I couldn't move and all I could do is video record and report the person.

But the part where this is an issue I think should be addressed because it can be abused, I'd like for there to be a limit set in the times you can trade before it stops you from doing so for a certain amount of time - but of course, nothing extreme that would affect a person who does trading in the game as their job.
