    New race hidden in plain sight?



    From the official artwork where tons of adventurers are fighting behemoth. What is up with this guy? Could it really just be the armor? Our little lala friend right there seems to know somethings up...
    Edit: if I had to guess I'd say its almost 'bangaa' like from the shape of its body.

    I get the feeling you're mistaking the "head" of it for a chest piece that's simply protruding outwards.

    I'd say its a male roegadyn with long hair wearing heavy armour. But yeah, there are clearly car ears on top so maybe it's just an exaggerated male miqo'te instead. Either way, it's not a new race. Sorry.

    Nice idea, but I would say it's a bit early for new races to be popping up. I'm pretty sure they wouldn't add new races until an expansion at the least, because right now races are the least of their worries. At least that's my opinion it could be a new master race in that tin suit waiting to steal the title from the Miqo'te and Lala's

    holy crap. You guys all think the chest is the head? lol. the Rogaedyn's face is clearly visible where the head should be. I can even see his skin on his face just fine. That is very clearly a Rogaedyn, no question about it.

    I have circled his face and hair for you since some people seem to not be able to locate it (?)

    To me, it looks like a Roegadyn viewed from a weird angle

    The chest is out and the armor has hornlike protrusions, the head turned so only the back is visible.

    It's a Roegadyn looking away from the "viewer". You're seeing the side of their face (left) and back of their head.
