Fleece Farrming

Anyone have a recommendation on when is a good time to farm Fleece? Every time I try there are at least 2-3 people farming the spots north and south of Dragonhead where they spawn. With that many people farming it will take an awful long time to get a full stack. I see people selling multiple full stacks of 99 on the AH all the time. I assume there must be a "good" time to farm, otherwise it must be taking them forever to get that many.

If there is I have never found it, any time I go there a few Black Mages have it covered and AOE farm anything that pops. If you have a lot of leves to spare there is a battle leve in Coerthas where you kill Karakul (Meat and Bleat I think it's called), but it's a finite option.
