quest says complete but wont update

im having a issue with my grand company quest called "Shadows Uncast" "Twin Adder". I finished the quest its ready for turn in but when I turn it in all it says is quest completed but doesn't update I had it say quest completed 5 times in my chat log and still nothing and its preventing me from advancing further into the game. please help me with this

Make sure you have free inventory slots before handing it in.
The GC seals are treated as an inventory item when you receive it, even if it doesn't take up any slots after you have received it.
If that doesn't help, check if the number of seals you already have + the reward from completing the quest exceeds the current seal cap.
