First of all forgive me if I wrote any English mistakes since English is not my mother language
My suggestions are:

1: Market Wards should act like stocks:
All items will be posted on the search link
First item that will be added by anyone will have an original price which 10X the price when you sell it to the NPC. Copper ore for example, you can sell it to NPC with 40 Gil so the original price will be 400 at Market ward.
Then another member applies to add same item with limitation of the price 10% up and 10% down. this limitation will be change with every time reset and the 0% point ( starting point ) of limitation determined by even the mean of all prices or by the most frequent price of the item which been sell.
the troubleshot of this idea is how about if a member sell an item with 10% of original price of that day and next day the original price become low;
I think an optional should appear asking the player what he wants
A: remove the item from the bazaar in case it exceed the limit of new original price
B: adjust the price according to the new limitation (so only the items who exceed the limit will be adjust it and the others will remain as it is)
Other troubleshot is that what happen after all items had been sold;
Let us assuming that no more copper ore at market then the price of original price will increase 1-5% every time reset but will never decrease if there are many items available and nobody buy it

2: new wards for the linkshell:
Every linkshell when had enough members for example 8, the leader of linkshell able to get new retainer for the linkshell.
This retainer act like a bank for the linkshell and only the leader can use the money
Total money will be post and any withdraw will be announce as well
Member of linkshell should come and activate their account there.
Activation of the account means he can only use that retainer for that linkshell. (If player has more than one linkshell he cannot join the other one unless deactivate the account from previous retainer)
Every member has 3 blocks, promoted members have 5 blocks, and the leader have 10 spots.
A donation option should be there and announce with different colors if the donation done by players not belong to the linkshell
other option for getting pearl automatically when activated by the leader and put a condition to get linkshell pearl for example discipline of war and magic: sword, axe and hand to hand : rank 45+ discipline of land and hand: any, rank : any, registration fee: free.

3: retainer level, it is time to increase and new block as a reward: 100 to 101 to 102 etc and
Calculate EXP as the following
Original price (10X of NPC offer to buy an item from us and does not change with time rest) divide it by the price that the player placed multiply by 10X of rank of item
Troubleshot:
Those without rank
pure items like ores or hide could have the high number (rank) 50 to encourage players to sell those items, could have low number to encourage players to get those items by land jobs by themselves and craft it to get better EXP to their retainers, or normally assign a rank to each item that do not have rank (copper ore) according to difficulty to get those items
Crafting items like copper nuggets will have the number (rank) as the hand job require rank craft it (goldsmith 4).
