"We'll look into it" is a bit vague. The alternative isn't necessarily saying nothing at all.

You could have a different set of vague general answers that more accurately answer a question while still not being classified as specifics. You could say "We are aware that some players think this is an issue but have no plans in the near future to change it as we think it is fine", you could say "We have a team addressing that issue currently and expect a resolution within the next six months (or one year)", or even "We are going to address this problem at an unspecified later date as it is important but not a priority in relation to the issues we are currently addressing".

One of those things say "No", another says "Yes, and working on it now", and yet another says "Yes, but not in the near future".

All those things are vague but not anywhere near as vague as "We'll look into it"
