The same way you'd set up macros for any other input device?

Bind your orbweaver buttons to keyboard combinations, and confingure an action bar with those keyboard combinations and put your macros on that action bar. that's what I'd do. (The action bar doesn't have to be visible for its set actions to be activated).

Otherwise, you can just set up your buttons to type out slash commands.

I think the main point of it is a game controller that supplies the gaming funcitonality of a keyboard but is much more compact than a keyboard. It's also probably good for left-handed people.
