    No password reset email with ip change

    I use a VPN when playing in prime-time. So every time I switch it on or off, I get a password reset email, for security reason. This is normal and I like it.

    Problem is, I tried to connect an hour ago, had the usual error message telling me to check my mailbox, and no mail has come yet. I tried reconnecting a few times already, with either ip, without any trace of a mail.

    Checked in my spam folder or tried to connect directly to the Mog Station, but to no avail.

    Am I the only one in that situation?

    It seems that there have not been any further posts about this concern being an ongoing issue. Because of this, we are considering it to be resolved.
