    It will eventually be allowed, but there is no set timeframe at the moment. Over time the significance of a legacy world player transferring will decrease and they will probably evaluate the issue periodically to decide when the likely impact has shrunk to a point they're comfortable with allowing the transfers at.

    They cited they were concerned with the economy when they announced the bar on Legacy transfers, but I would like some sort of statement concerning time frame
    What I'm trying to tell you is THERE IS NO SET OR CONFIRMED TIMEFRAME. We only know that it will happen, at some to be determined point in the future. We have been assured that it is a temporary restriction.

    In the meantime, if you are complaining because you can't join a friend's server, then why not have that friend join your server instead?
