Hello fellow lancers!

I am in peril! I need some advice on Attribute distribution and correct skill use.

To help me, I'm looking for something that'll put me right in between an Off-tank and a Damage Dealer.
1- Am I in the right class?
2- How do I obtain what I want as far as attributes and skills to get right in the middle of a OT-DD?

Any help would be most appreciated.
