When my physical rank was low, I would put my vit at 40 and leave it there.
Then with the remaining points, I'd balance it like this as a hypothetical:
STR 15
DEX 15
VIT 40
INT 60
PIE 60
MND 50
Then as my physical rank capped, I pretty much just blend all my stats. Right now I leave my points at:
STR 86
DEX 86
VIT 80
MND 80
INT 86
PIE 86
On every class. Doesn't seem to hurt me at all considering I have all the stat conversion traits and gear makes up a lot of the points.
Effectiveness of INT and PIE seem to plateau at about 100 as far as nuke damage and resist rates go. There are a lot of cons with a lot less INT and PIE than me and a lesser jade crook that functionally still do the same amount of damage I do. The stat system is very forgiving.
Thanks!! So i need to put my points into VIT, INT,PIE and MIN at low ranks!

I would advise keeping up with Vitality to keep yourself from getting knocked out by a mob's special attack.

My VIT is at 171 :P If you're doing a THM/CON combo and want to tank Dodore or Haughtbox Potbelly, you'll want to crank your VIT through the roof.
INT does next to nothing but it is worth some points, so with your remaining points, I'd focus on MND and PTY mostly. (with more points allocated to MND than PTY)

my VIT is around 50. DEX is 120 (b/c of Weaver ;so I have very few in int (50ish). Piety is in the 80s and MND is in the 120s. Str is 15, ftw!
Healer strike is ridiculously foolish and accomplishes nothing
