Im stuck offline with this as well now, launcher works fine, get to start screen but the start button stays grey and then i get error 2002, 'the lobby server connection has encountered a problem'
Also, does anyone know what game version we should have, cuz the start screen says 2013.11.16.0000.0001, but if thats the date shouldnt it b 19 and not 16.

Ive reinstalled and updated it 4 times now tho, using the game disc and the client from the site and as both enlish us and english eu....but doesnt seem to make a difference.
Hope they get whatever is wrong sorted, as i dont want to miss the lightning stuff
