Not sure if you've already updated everything on the machine. If you haven't, then I'd start by downloading the latest drivers for your APU / motherboard. Both in terms of chipset (sata controller, USB, PCI-E) and the on-chip GPU.

Assuming that you have the "64bit" edition of Windows 7 installed, here's some links to help. I'd start with Catalyst 13.11, unless you find it causes you problems.

I run a mid end Acer AMD (loltrinity) setup and there are some issues with the bus speeds on USB and loading times (I think it's the way the APU caches the data and displays it). I got around it by playing around with the APU speeds and upping some of the bus speeds and forcing the cores voltage up a bit and locking them in their max 12X state.

You can play with the settings by using K10, PStat, or through AMD Overdrive (I prefer overdrive. It's layout isn't as convoluted).

    thanks for the answers

My fps when i am in a city are 10-15. But sometimes are going to 20-30. I am happy if they are 20-30 but most of the times are low than 15 or low than 10 and and is unplayable.
I have done a look on my Bios but there is nothing to touch there, maybe for the bios version.
I know that my computer is not really good for play but do you think can i do someting for improve all of this?

    Thank you very much

10-15 fps? Yikes. Even 20-30 is far too low for some.

Your frame rate is really low and your computer is having a hard time running FFXIV.

I've noticed that FFXIV is heavy on the GPU use but also heavy on the CPU as well. You can try dropping the settings down to try to eek out better frame rates (kill off AA, Occlusion Culling, etc.) to try to improve performance.

You can also attempt to overclock your CPU/GPU. I will say, if you go this route, you run a risk of damaging your machine. The chances are low, but you are pushing your equipment past it's designed parameters. If you OC and if you have a warranty, that warranty will be void.

I did some looking around for you and I couldn't really find any information on your specific model of computer, it looks like you CAN update your 620M drivers to trick it into thinking it's a 630M to push the core and memory clocks up. As for your i5, depends on the chipset, but it's definitely possible.

I want to reiterate the dangers of overclocking. If you don't do it right or know the values, you can will damage the hardware/software of your computer. If you overclock, you do so at your own risk:

That's ... What I was afraid of. You need to unlock your BIOS to overclock your machine.

Please, please, PLEASE, do research into flashing your BIOS before doing it. If you flash the BIOS wrong, you brick your computer. If I were in your shoes, I honestly would look into another machine as flashing a BIOS is risky.

If you decide to go that route, MAKE SURE YOU FLASH YOUR DRIVE TO FAT FORMAT. This is so easy to miss and if you don't flash it to FAT, you will bad flash your BIOS which, again, is a death sentence for most computers.

You may be able to find some modified versions of your BIOS here: http://www.bios-mods.com/

I wouldn't go this route and like my above post, this is way of the beaten path and is in no way, shape, or form supported by the OEM. In all reality, you will be happier just picking up a new machine.
